Hey all. Just picked up a triple black 6 speed 2001 SS convertible. SLP door sticker. 70K miles. Flawless inside and out. Paint is perfect black with not a single swirl mark. Chrome 10 spokes which are perfect with no curb rash. Dual dual exhaust. Perfect weatherstripping and top. Original SS mats still in plastic and never used in car.

Thanks,I was initially looking for a black one but after months of searching this car came along in beautiful shape for the right price.
Of course with all the mods done since I'm more than double what I spent for the car originally. lol

Thanks! The top of my head is bright red from aimless top down cruising the past couple of days! Also have been online just ordering upgrade parts!:

Front struts
Front tubular lower control arms
New bushings
Rear tubular control arms
New rear springs and Bilsteins
Bolt on subframe connecrors
New tranny mount and torque arm bushings

Probably overkill but seems like the car will only benefit with these mods

I did all that and more, tube front K-member and rear torque arm with the relocation bracket and tube adjustable panhard rod.
Also upgraded to Strano lowering springs and Strano heavy duty sway bars and did a Strano master brake cylinder brace (nice piece and helps with the clutch as well) and a BMR shock tower brace.
Went with Prothane polyurethane motor and trans mounts and Koni "Yellow" shocks.
