Actually just checked out your thread, you've done some great things to that car, it looks amazing.
Luckily for me the body is really straight, when I bought her the drivers side rear fender had a pretty bad dent, I finally got it fixed last summer. But that really was the only damage to the body. Get the rust spots fixed, get her painted and she'll look great. The hood and trunk lid are a little off and the drivers door tends to stick sometimes...
my biggest problems are under the hood... not even sure where to start with that.
