I'm new here. I'm here for research on what to do and what to rebuild on my dad's camaro as I'm helping him with it as a surprise for his restoration.

I tried to get some pics today, I actually went over there to visit the family, have dinner and hopefully get some info on his car. Unfortunately, every time I tried to get out into the garage he wanted to go run errands or needed help around their place. I tried to just before I left but no luck.

This week on my next day off I'll go over there when he's at work. My mother is going to help me get info on the Camaro. My parents live a town over so it's not too far of a drive. His friend is going to help me get info on the car as well so we can hopefully surprise him without suspicion lol. Should be fun. I'm looking forward to it!

We did find out the shop he's wanting the engine rebuilt with and the guy offers 3 main packages, so, more than likely I'll end up giving the guy a call and seeing what we need to do after I probe for info and find out which one my dad had in mind for his camaro. Can't remember the place off the top of my head, have it wrote down somewhere in my project book I started for it with info.
