New to the forums
Hey All,
My name is Chris and I just joined the forums after months of looking at posts as I begin my build. I am completely restoring a 69 camaro SS396. I say build because I have a shell, frame, and not nearly enough time or money on my hands. I look forward to hearing from you all.
Peace

Welcome to the forum. Why is the car all black? What I mean is.... are those all pannels or original sheet metal. The hood looks off and the doors look off as well, just wondering if it is the original metal or not.
Unfortunatly, no, the only original metal are the door panels that were removed and sitting on the garage floor of the guy I bought it from, and the shell/frame. Itsa good thing I've done alot of welding before
As for all black, new panels and paint to keep the rust away for the next 5 years as I rebuild. So far I have labeled, labeled, dismantled, labeled, and sanblasted/painted the front frame. Next on the list is redo the suspension, and replace the tired disc brakes in front, drum in rear with 4 wheel discs.
