I previously had an 04 supercharged monte, so although I am new to the forum I have always been a Chevy man I ended up getting rid of it and bought a 2013 malibu.

I have about 3 grand saved up and want a camaro! Any recommendations on what yr/model I should buy? I really like the iroc, and want a v8 with a 350 motor. my goal is to at some point add boost. maybe procharging? anyway all the "project" camaros I've found in my price range are either v6 or 305 v8. would it be cheaper to buy a v6 and swap the motor or just simply buy a camaro with a 350 already in it?

I know so much on my first post, sorry but I'm very excited to buy my first camaro and begin my build Thanks in advance!
