Hi ya'll, newbie around here. Joined so I could document the resurrection of my fathers 1979 Z/28. He ordered it new when he was 19, drove it until 1995, and its been parked in the barn ever since.

Murphy's Soap could be your best friend on the interior.

 

ya it looks like its all there ,only hope the frame is good 20 years without a cover could be good or bad I have friend has a 79 ,his needs a lot of work ,I would make sure you drain the gas from the tank make sure its not turned turpintine ,take off carb clean it all new hoses oil ,if it stayed dry it may be just a good wash an wax could do wonders
