Default New form SC

Just found this forum, I am on GMTC (GM truck club) and found it to be very helpful, hope to have the same good luck here.
Thanks and hope to here from everyone soon. I have a 1995 camaro convertable with the 3.4 V-6 and 230,000 miles on it. looks great in black on black new black top decent interior, but starting to have a second gear late shift in the tranny, going to change the fluid and filter this weekend and maybe some Lucas in it. Any suggestions?

Thanks
Dana

Welcome to the forum, you could put a shift kit in it while you got it open for the fluid and filter. Won't fix the problem if there is one, but it'll make a little more unnoticable.

Hey everyone, did the fluid and filter, not much change, but a little better. Tried to scan for codes but the OBD1 scanner would not read and my local parts stores got rid of most of their OBD1 scanners, don't know where to go to get it read. Fluid was really bad, kind of brownish-red, but not burnt smelling. Gonna do another change, just fluid, and see if that helps.

if you set up a photobucket account you can post the picture in your post by coping the img code to the post and pic will show. its a good place to keep photos to. need to keep the pictures sized to 640 or less on the big side.
