That was my 84 z28...had a 305 fuel-injected, but the guy that i bought it from but a 350 carb in it. was too big of a project for my budget, so I had to sell it.

ah, another west coaster, ive been up there by tarpon springs a few times, but never to new port richy. I work down in sarasota.

Yeah, it was fun while it lasted, but I don't think I ever drove it for more than 10 minutes! I bought it from a guy that owned a body shop and he had done some stuff to it, so I was like "hey it's cheap,looks and sounds cool, why the he** not?" yeeeeeeeeah...big mistake. The second you started the engine and put it into drive after I had it for 2 days, the tranny got stuck in drive,the shifter cable,which they didn't put in right so it touched the exhaust, had melted. so,replace that, then my wonderful x-b/f who was suprisingly a mechanic,chopped the choke off my brand new 650 holley carburator without asking me...basta*d! so there goes that. and it smoked so much black smoke you couldn't stand next to it if you started it without choking. The body and interior were in prestine condition, but the rest of the car was junk...so i had to let it go...anyone know of anything good for sale around here? I want another maro so bad...just w/o the problems this time please
