Hi everyone. My name is Paul and I have been working on my 72 for about 2 yrs. now. When I bought it, it was a rolling shell with many boxes of parts. I've put alot of time and coin into the car and now it's driveable. I still need to do some bodywork and paint but that will come eventually. I have learned alot about my car and look forward to learning more in the future. Hopefully I can share some of what I have learned already with others. Here are a couple pics. First one is how the car looked when I bought it.

Welcome to the forum and dang man, that's a heck of a difference. I like the look, what color you going with for paint? And what's under the hood?

 

Something like this for color.
Mitsu rotor glow metallic

 

Almost like a burnt orange to me, maybe just the monitor. But will look great!

 

And this is a pic of what's under the hood. Just an old truck motor I bought from a buddy. Cleaned up and reworked a little.

 

looks like you cleaned it up alot. At least you did it right and painted the engine bay.
