I'm 17 live in texas and recently bought a 91 camaro RS. It is bone stock and i Pick it up this saturday May10, and i was wondering what i should do as the first mods to the car. I will post pictures as soon as i get the car to my house.

Welcome! A car is like a person. When you want to make yourself stronger, faster, build higher endurance...etc etc you must first learn how to breath. Inhale exhale...same for the car. Mod everything involved with getting air to the engine and out..... Cold air intake, bigger TB, Bigger intake, long tubes and or a catback..etc etc
If you just want show and no go...then rims, paint...whatever you want. Its like a blank canvas, start wherever your hearts content.
