New Camaro owner ... And I'm LOVING it!
Hey guys. I picked myself up a manual 89 Camaro RS Convertible last week and I have been loving the hell out of this car! I thought I would stop by and show you guys what I am rolling around in! This looks like a great forum, so expect to see me around!
EDIT: Oops! I just realized I didn't introduce me at all. I just introduced my car! Anyway, my name is Derrick, I am 20 and I live in southern California (Inland Empire). This is the car I have wanted for years and I am so happy I have finally found one that I wanted for what I think was a good price ($4300). I am working some projects such as fixing the AC, upgrading the sound system and replacing old worn cracked parts. I have other things planned for this beast and I will be showing off my improvements here. Any thoughts on my car are welcome!

Thanks for all the complements. Zolias, I like it how it is now too, but the paint is chipped in places and is in need of another paint job so I plan on getting it orange with black accents. I also need to replace some of the interior parts because they are cracked. I want my car to be in better than mint condition some day. I also want to customize the interior. I want a ride that is unique but doesn't stray away from the classic look and feel of a Camaro. Oh ... and not to even mention an engine rebuild/replace and all that under-the-hood stuff.[8D]
