New to Camaro forum. Bought this from a co worker a couple weeks ago for the wife. The previous owner had it tucked in his garage for the last 12 years and decided to get a new Corvette instead of fixing up the Camaro. Told me I could have it for $1000 if I get it out of the garage so he could keep the Vette in it.

Hope to get a lot of info here to get this back on the road soon.

wow, gotta say, even if it doesnt run that seems like a damn good deal.. I would pay $1000 for it anyway.. just to have a classic camaro..

 

my knees get weak when around one of those (70-73) . i took my drivers test in my dads 396SS car , i love those cars. welcome to the forums , and get that Maro ready for the road!

I dont think those wheels and tires are right for the car, something about the harmonics. They go through brake shoes really fast. I could take them off of your hands for you. It might be a safety issue as well, maybe you wont pass inspection. Better to just let them go.
