Evening everyone. New to the forum and looking for some help with my 92 RS. The hood won't "pop" and I don't know if the cable broke or just stretched out. I managed to get the grill off and still can't access the hood release mechanism. Does anyone have any advise on how to get the hood released???? Please.

 

hay welcome to the forum. not sure on the cable for a 3d gen. try posting it in the third gen section.

 

does the hood pop seem to pull at all mine i had to push down on near the latch and it would come up

 

mine third gen i pull it about 4 times walk to the front of the car and hit the front of the hood then it pops lol
