90 was the last year for IROC. Chevrolet had a contract with the International Race Of Champions and didn't renew it in 91 so there were no 91 (or beyond) IROC's. It's an RS with pretty stickersor its not a 91. Either way, the two designators (RS/IROC) shouldn't be together.
