My introduction
Well, as Boost's sticky reminded me, I've not yet introduced myself. Sorry.
My name is Paul, I live in North East Ohio, I don't currently own a Camaro but I just love them. I do own an '81 Corvette thats been in the family since '95 and is a rolling work in progress.
I found this webspace while searching for some reference material for an 1/8th scale 1982 Z28 model I just bought on ebay. I plan on rebuilding it like my nephew's he had when they first came out. So I'm looking for some detail shots. His was a dark red/maroon. I drove it a couple of times. It was a fun ride.
Long term, I could see myself in a Gen 2 though. My son had a 78 Z28 when we were in Denver in '99. That was a just a great fun little car to drive. .. well.. except I prefer a 4 speed.
There isn't much in the world that would make me give up the vette, but the right Camaro just might . I AM a Camaro enthusiast (the name 'buddy' is a loose translation to the word 'Camaro') and will be hanging around a bit!
