Default Long time owner-new guy here!

Jut wanted to say hello! New here, but not new to Camaros. I've had my 1971 big block 427,since 1973. Bought it from the original owner, who had the dealership in California swap the 427 ci engine into it.The paint is a bittired, and well driven, but still gets around pretty well!

Wow, nice car, way to keep good care of it, even though it's probably hard to baby it with a 427 sittin under there haha. Welcome.

Yea, it's a fun car, and pretty easy to light up the Mickey Thompsons, but I watch it. Don't need any tickets any more!
I rebuilt the engine about 10 years ago, at 160,000 miles, and it's got about 10,000 miles since then. Changed the factory solid lifter cam out to a hydraulic with .510 lift intake and exhaust, and 238 degrees duration on intake and exhaust, so it's a little lumpy when it's cold, but idles a bit smoother when it warms up.
