Hello as you might know my name is David Bezanson. I just bought a 1995 Camaro 5.7l with 99000 k on it for a song.
The first thing i would like to do with it pull the engine out, so i can work on it all winter, so i can get it ready for 2008
so if there's anyone out there who has any info on how to take it out from the bottom. Please let me know

Welcome to the forums David. Whats wrong woth the motor that you want to take it out. Got any pictures?
Taking out a motor isn't a small task, you will need proper tools and help from a friend or two. Also you will need a hoist (cherry picker) and an engine mount to store it, unless you are gonna put it on the ground, but what would be the point in that. Anyways, we are here to help.

 

Wel first off thank you (cplthomas) for your reply, now for the good stuff ! i have access to a 3 car garage for the whole winter heha lol, with all tools including a cherry picker and engine stand and it even gets better it's all for free. Now for my reason its my under standing that the bolt heads are broken off the headers and i also would like to change them, i also want to change (bushings,tranny,drive train and a lot of work to the engine, after 5 yrs being stored i got it running good. as for the pictures i try to add except it takes me to a url hhtp: thing. so i would like to know how to add some pic's
please help i dont know too much about computers but Im learning.

Welcome to the forums and lucky you to have acess to a 3 bay garage with all the goodies.
