Just joined from DFW Area
Hello, my name is Roger and just joined this forum today. I hopefully will have a 1969 Camaro in the next few months. I have had only one GM car in my life, a 2002 C5A4 Vette, which my son and I drag raced in North Texas for a few years for fun. I put it back to stock and sold it as I entered retired life. Previous to that, I had a number of Mustangs, from a 1967 Coupe (my first car bought new out of college), a 1992, 1995 and 1997 Cobra to the latest a year ago, a 2000 Cobra R
with 1800 miles on the odometer. I want something I can drive and not be afraid of getting a bug on the windshield
and have decided to sell the R, as it just sits in the garage. I look forward to owning and especially driving a Camaro
.
Thanks for the welcome!
I have started to look for what I want and there seems to be a semi-infinite number of 1969 Camaros out there. I did not realize there were that many around. I just put my 2000 Cobra R for sale
, so when that is sold, I will have the means to better look for what I want (1969 Camaro, 4 speed, BB, so on, ready to drive, etc.).
