ok so im scotty. from houston tx. i have been about imports my whole life but now i am getting into new and better things. recently i found a 1999 firebird 3.8l auto on craigslist. i am paying 1000 for the car but here is the problem. when it starts it has a medium knock from what sounds like the lower end. but a few seconds later it goes away. without touching the throttle. but i will search the forums when i am done here and i want to thank everyone for their input. pics and or video soon to come when i get the vehicle in my possession.
