Hi there, new to forum
Hi there everyone, I'm new to the forum and new to Camaro ownership. I just got home a couple of days ago with my '68 that I picked up in Texas. She was restored in the late 90's and has the original 327 ci that's been worked and pulls like a beast. There's still work to be done to get her where I want to but she's got a fine start. I've been a bowtie person since my first car though for the last 15 years I've been in Corvettes. I've still got my '91 ZR-1 but just had to have something old school to enjoy. I'll be looking forward to spending time here and learning all I can about this sweet little ride!

Thanks for the great welcome everyone!!
What's the plans for her? Well right now I'm back 18 again in asweet muscle car that has nothing to interfere with going fast in a straight line. I just love the feel of the simplicity of her but in time I'm planning to upgrade the brakes and handling and might even beef up her look with a cowl induction hood. After the last couple of days I might even consider power steering!! I have to agree, third gen is a nice ride but this is so like what I had in the day even if that meansI'madmiting to being a geezer!!

I didn't see the word chop in there so I am as happy as.....I love 1st gens and hopefully if all goes as planned, I will be able to join the group soon. I only got my Iroc because I couldn't find a 1st gen but I would give my baby up in a heartbeat for one. Geezer, lol, I haven't heard that word in a long time, lol like sphincter.
