hi everyone
Just to say hello to everyone who has the honour to own a camaro. It has been a long time favourite of mine and I was fortunate enough to buy one off of ebay 6 years ago after I had open heart surgery from a bloke in missouri. I had it resprayed 4 years ago after the engine was rebuilt, I blew it up by wrapping some big end shells around the crankshaft!! derr.
It has picked up a few awards along the way and is at the moment being driven by my wife Julie as I cannot drive due to me being in long term recovery from a critical illness I had at the begining of 2009. She drives it very well and is not afraid of the horses!!! It has a 400cid small block with TH350 box .I had it put on a rolling road test 3 years ago and it produced 321bhp @ 2400revs and 422ftlbs torque @ 2200 revs.
It is my dream car and I cannot wait to get back behind the wheel of it again. I belong to a group of nutters that meet every third thursday of the month, we are called Turtlespeed and our website is www.turtlespeed.co.uk it is not a club but loads of self minded car nuts who enjoy meeting and having a laugh. look us up and join the website.
cheers
