Smile Hey what the ???? I am new... DUH

Hello all, I am kinda new to this and would like to use this forum as a research tool. My good friend and I want to build a blown gen 1 small block into a gen 4 camaro and need some advice on if it can be done and to what kind of expense.... thanks in advance for all the advice I hope to glean from this site.... thats right I used a fancy 50 cent word .... lol

welcome. your biggest issues will be finding a k-member for it and getting the carb/blower to clear the cowl. in 4th gens about half the motor sits under the windshield, so centrifugal blowers are preferred.

you'll have to cut the dash to get the distributor to fit.

Default I Think I can

I believe I have found a k member for that car from a place called BMR, I am currently waiting for a reply on that question from them, BUT CUT THE DASH.... wow .... what about the firewall, will I have some crazy big hole in my car, will it be like in an old chevy van where I can adjust my timing from the drivers seat? lol

i believe they make some k members that make it easier.... but you will still be cutting to get it to work.
