its a 69 camaro RS im 100% positive

67 had vent windows in the front and 68's reverse lights were built in to the taillight with brake lights on eitherside (the were 3 blocks that ran horizontal)

and the front fender says camaro

 

Yeah but the rear tail lights on the car I was trying to identify has two lenses on the '68 unlike the three I see on the '69.

the '69 has three like you say but does not match my photo.

 

seems this is a '67 Camaro, at least from the tails anyways. could be that the car is a mis-match of different year parts.
