thats a camaro ... it has the ralley rims with the single front head lights looks about a 68 vert or so mabey a import
Thanks!

From the replies by Mikes 68, you and an email from a guy who restored a 68 (said he was 99.9% sure it's a 68 Camaro RS without the rear spoiler option) that it is a 68 Camaro. He also said by the all-red tail lights that it would be a Rally Sport. The standard Camaros had red on the outside lenses and white on the inside lenses when backing-up.

Great stuff! Thanks a million times over for the replies people!

It actually looks more like a panther. Circa 1964. The Camaro concept. Otherwise I will go with a 67 over 68....sorry to add to the confusion.

I think the reason people are having a hard time recognizing it is that the video is a full screen (4:3) ratio video stretched out to fit a widescreen display, stretching out and distorting the car's proportions. Here are a couple pictures I edited to the correct aspect ratio, which removes the distortion. It seems clearer now that this is a Camaro.

That strip can be seen in multiple images on

I assume it was an emblem. Check image 6 for the RS convertible with that strip

Thanks for fixing that. I apologize for getting it posted with the wrong aspect ratio.

Jiminy Cricket! I didn't expect this much attention but I sure appreciate the help!

Currently to me, it looks like this one here: http://joeamatocars.com/68~CamaroConv~069/Page.html
minus the spoiler but with RS strip in middle of grill (referring to what I posted).

Panther? Can someone enlighten me about it?

Edit- Duh!!! Stupid me! Never mind got the Panther. Thanks

No problem PanamaJack, it wasn't your fault, that's just how it looked on your TV probably

Another site I'm using for comparison:

http://www.68rscamaro.com/

Also, off-topic but worth mentioning: How old are your tires?
