Default Hello From Quad Cities, Iowa

Hey all!
I found this sight from a member on a sign forum that i am on. I am a new owner of a 1979 Camaro (I think Sport Coupe) It has a lot of z28 stuff on it, although the title does not have Z28 on it, should it? It appears real solid and I look forward to cruising this next summer. I would be driving now but is is missing the T-tops-I have bought some that should be here next week (car & concepts-almost couldn't find any) so maybe I can get some road time with it before the snow falls. I am not really sure what all I have in the engine, it is very strong and looks nice, next summer I will have to take it in and get an inventory on it.
I have seen some really great looking camaros on this site that has given me some ideas for mine...Thanks! Here are some pictures of mine.

Welcome to the forum Terry, that's a pretty clean car for a 79, nice score with that.

Don't take this wrong, but that is a pretty car. I love the brown paint on it. Very, very nice. Looks like an auto car, correct? I love the body lines of a '79. If I'm not mistaken, in the late '70's era, the Z-28 option was more or less a paint scheme option... I wouldn't worry too much about what badges are pinned on it...

Thanks GreaseMonkey. It is an auto with the B&M mega shifter. I appreciate the info!

nice car. welcome to the forum. hope we can give a hand when you need it. to show pic in post just copy img code like this. woh thats a little on the big side. you will want to size the pics 640 on the big side for posting.
