Default Hello from NC

Today i was driving home and saw a 1976 Camaro for sale and stopped to inquire on the price. The owner had dropped a new (20K+miles on it) engine in it and had kept it from rusting. It started up fine, looks decent and drove nicely. He wanted 6k and i walked away with a new project car and he walked away with 4.5k.
Well this is my first project car and i'm looking forward to many hours. I found i had a few extra hours on saturdays and wanted a project car but didn't know a TON about engines, so i'm pretty stoked about having a car that runs but still needs engine, body and interior work.

Welcome to the forum. Car looks nice, but are you sure thats a 76? Cause that bodystyle is from 78-81. Oh, where from NC are you from?
