Default Hello from the Jersey Shore

Working on my 2002 camaro and noticed the cloth hanging from the top of the rear glass. The top is rotting away in there and the threads are hanging.
Joined this forum to see if anyone can enlighten me on this. Its my first convertible car and im not sure what to expect.

Welcome,

You need a new top, take it to upholster for quotes. Unless the top is less then 5 years old, repairs are not really possible.

yes nice car the the rag tops though they cost more retail they lose there value in most cars an the 4th gen as well ,you should exspect a good car if you got one with low miles ,even a bit high is ok the cars can get 200k like any other , ?is it a z28 bace car ss,thing is rag tops need more work depends it was allways my thought a rag top should get stored inside year round ,the hard tops are the most sought after ,the t tops cars are the most made, welcome to the forum
