Hello, My name is Greg. I recently purchased a 1996 Camaro to build into a drag car. I was formerly a Mopar guy but the prices of classic cars, especially Mopars, are getting out of control and I have decided to go in a different direction. I've never been loyal to any brand of car. I've always liked them all. On race day, it doesn't really matter what you have. They're all the same. Any brand can win on any given day. Anyways, the Camaro I have is just original V6 car that will become an 408 stroker LS1 car eventually. I haven't started it yet but will soon. The car will be getting stripped down and then sent to a friend of mine to get all the chassis work done that will include a 12 point cage and sub-frame connectors. I don't know a whole lot about the LS engines or the newer Chevrolet stuff but I'm learning so please don't think I'm an idiot if I happen to ask a question you may think is dumb. I do know a lot of stuff about the older Chevrolets though. Not only am I a Camaro newbie but I'm a modern Chevrolet newbie as well. Thanks and I look forward to talking with you all. Greg
