Hello everyone.
hi
im suppose to introduce myself so hear it goes
just got myself a mean looking red 79 camaro z28 with a 305 a couple months ago. the body is in amazing condition, no rust, which is hard to find here in British Columbia Canada for a good price.
the internal workings however are a bit of a differant story. i had to replace the auto transmission right off the bat, and since then one thing after the other has been going. i was told it has 260 000 kms on it, that includes the engine.
my hope is to go through everything by next summer and have her running in top shape. this being my first car, and only having a medium level of mechanic skill, im sure i will be asking some questions along the way.
