Hello
Hello everybody. Joined a few months ago but never really said anything after that. I'm 19 and from Milwaukee, WI. I learned how to drive my mom's 1986 Camaro last fall and have sort of fallen in love with it since then.
The car was purchased brand new back in 86 by my mom and just rolled over 81k miles a few days ago. It was her daily driver for a while but has now been made into a summer only car since it doesn't go anywhere in snow and we don't want it to rust out form the salt. Now that I have learned to drive it I use it as something fun to drive besides my truck.
It was repainted last fall and now I've started restoring it slowly and I'm hoping to get it back in good shape. Right now the window seals are trashed from all the years.
I like driving it on nice days like the past few we've been having here because I can take out the t-top windows and get tons of wind.
While I drive this for fun my daily driver is an 08 F150. That's what I spend all my money on modding.
Thanks for reading, I hope to enjoy it here and learn more about this car.

Welcome to the forums. I was in Milwaukee just a few weeks back and will be returning sometime in May for a week or so. Be careful driving that Camaro! When I was there, there were potholes in the roads big enough to loose a Camaro in, LOL. Congrats on the car and good luck restoring it.
