Talking Glad To Be Here.

This place has helped me a lot over the past couple years and now I finally decided to become part of it. As of now I'm working on replacing my 93' Z28's head gasket and I've just started getting into the engine. I've already gotten down to taking off the intake manifold and now going for the exhaust manifold. If anybody got any tip's or suggestions please let me know it would be greatly appreciated. Also if anybody has any suggestion on what I should get as far as exhaust and headers please tell me I'm looking at getting Magnaflow exhaust with long tube Pace-setter headers.

Thanks, Rooftopnick

Welcome to the forums... I guess. Suggestions?... take alot of pictures and get a box of baggies, mark everything. Even though its a simple head gasket replacement, there are a bunch of small parts that can get lost and bolts that go into the wrong holes....

well first off welcome to the forums. I hope you enjoy it here. everyone seems to have good input and is always has helpful answers from what I have experienced. Pacesetters seem to be tough on the lt1's and long tubes in general are especially hard on install. There are tons and tons of forums on them. just search around and you should be able to find all of the information you need and then some.
