Camaro Intermittent starting
I've owned a 2002 chevy camaro base model for quite a few years now with low milage. Recently, the car has been giving me intermittent starting problems where one day the car would start and the next day the car would not start when I turn the key the car just
cranks.I took the car to my regular mechanic who has done previous work on it. He said the gas pump could be be the problem as I bought it from amazon and replaced it myself two years back so I said okay go ahead and change it. So my mechanic
replaced the gas pump and gave the car back to me and also said the car at times would feel like it wanted to stall when he took a left turn during a test drive but he straighten the steering wheel and keep going. I started the car in his shop and
drove away then the next day I went to start the car in my driveway and the same issue turn the key and cranks but would not start. I tried things like loosen the gas cap. Turn the key on and off a few times before turning the key to start. Nothing just cranks and
cranks but the car would NOT actually start. So I called my mechanic right away and he says to get it towed back to him so he could do more test. Any ideas that I can do myself to get it back and running would be great. Thanks in advance.

I've taken the car to my regular mechanic several times for regular maintenance and other work. The problem only happens when I try to start the car. No check engine light no rough running just cranks and no start and sometimes it would start and then idle and die down.
The last part that was changed was the fuel pump.
