Brand Spankin' New Camaro LS..
My name is Angel, I'm new to the forum, brand new to chevy's
I've never owned a chevy before, always dreamed about a vette, and fell in love with the Camaro, and finally got it. Uber excited about it, the torque only makes me want to drive faster. Still having trouble with first gear on hills, but i'll get it down. Almost got pulled over by a cop for going 45 in a 30 zone first day I got it, but I think he didn't bother stopping me because he saw that it was a girl driving ^_^ Anyways. Looking forward to meet some cool people here and I'll have pics posted pretty soon, and I'll be looking forward to getting suggestions on fixing up my car a bit.

Thank you (: Oh no no. I have the clutch down just fine. I know point of disengaging, when to shift and all of that. But on a hill, with the car rolling back. Still kind of tricky. And I've driven stick before, just never owned one. So I never really had too much experience with it. But for driving auto all 5 years and now onto stick.. I'm kickin' ***!

Welcome to the fun land of Camaro. When taking of from a hill with a clutch to prevent the car from rolling back try this.
Keep your foot on the brake
Slowly begin to let the clutch out until you feel it grab
One you feel it grab you can remove your foot from the brake and begin to move forward.
Practice makes perfect.
Good luck with your new ride
