have you checked for stored trouble codes. any ses light come on. 02 sensors? have it run on a dignostic machine yet? if you have tbi i dont know anything about them or if the injectors on it has probems with sticking or pluging up. ive changed to a larger tb on a truck i had but used the same injectors. i had a probem with a car once ran like what your saying and some a--h-- put a plastic rag or something like that in the tank. it would get sucked to the pickup and plug it. sometimes all the way and sometimes only part. at least that the best i could figure after finding it because it would run fine and quit then in a few minutes run fine again for a while, sometimes days sometimes a few miles. that one really put me on the ropes. anyways theres a couple ideas to think on.

im not getting any codes cuz i had to reset the computer by unplugging the battery and the check engine light has yet to come on. and as far as fuel pressure goes. its great... all the way to the injectors into the throttle body. its constant and not sputtering when it runs. its just the idle problem.
