Default another noob

So I got my camaro today.I traded my Yukon for it, 88 RS, the kid and his dad said that they installed a 350 into it. Not sure, anyway to tell? My truck had a 350, in it and they looked about the same size, but I want to be sure, before I start buying parts to make it faster, and better looking.

You are going to like this car more than the rice rocket you have. Welcome to the forums. You need to get the casting numbers off the motor, they are located at the rear of the motor near the dizzy, just below the valve cover. Where it connects to the tranny.

I had an 05 600...till a pickup truck took me out, and totalled the bike. Now I got an 02 R6 I'm fixing up a little so I can trade it in for a 750. Might sell it to get parts for the car now though, probably not.

Nice, I've wanted an 1100R since my first ride on one. That's too bad about the bike but glad your still around, scary crap.

Is it the number hard to get to? I saw where the firing order is stamped.

They aren't hard to get to, but they might be covered in crap. Look on the block just below where the drivers side head connects to the block. You might need to bring a stick with you to scrape some of the gunk that is there.

Anyone have an idea on why my oil pressure gauge wouldn't be working?
