Default Another Newbie....

Hello from Houston!

I've visited time to time always good info...

I have a 67 in begining stages of it's build, started really working on it in Oct '09. I've owned it since I was 15 and purchased it 29 years ago... I guess it's time. The car is a bit of an odd ball as it came with a tilt steering wheel with the auto on the column. I'll probably keep it that way.

To this point I have stripped everything, replaced the complete floor pan, trunk pan, and both complete rear quarters, installed DSE quadra link and minitubs. The DSE front suspension arrives next Tuesday and the LS3 (515HP!) came yesterday! Baer brakes for all four corners are on their way as well as 18" Rushforth Livewires wrapped with Nitto 555r's!

Looks better now than it did when I started but got a long way to go! Hopefully the next 90 days will have a much improved project!

Thanks for a great information source!

Wow sounds like it will be a beast when done. Welcome to the forum and be sure and post up a build thread with lots of pics. Mine also has a column shifter and just had some custom ***** made for it. Goodluck with the project.

It's good to see someone who doesn't hold back. Two best ways to rebuild a car..... back to 100% factory, or something 100% origional, that no one can mistake for Yours. Looks like you have a great idea and putting it in full motion. Good luck and welcome.
