Another new guy without a clue.

I am new to this forum and to the Camaro world. I grew up with GM muscle cars but switched to Mustangs after beginning a career with Ford in the early 80's. Recently, I purchased a 67 Camaro that an aquaintance had been working on for several years. So far, I think he was doing things the right way, but I am unsure how to proceed from here.
