would like some input on wich way to go next . my ss has a383 stroker with eagle bottom end 11.5.1 ported polished stock heads shorty headers masair sensor aftermarket tremic 6 speed 343 gears zz4hot cam . i want to get this thing tuned properly. got this car from a friend of my son yes iam old school but want tue tune fuell injection . im sure a different intake and cam would pick up what im lookin for would like 425plus hp and tq thanx for any input have been out of car sceen for awhile and have moved . ps also new at this forum stuff

 

hay welcome to the forum, first time i came here i read for three days learning about my car before making a post. lots of good stuff in the stickies and the posts.
first u need to learn whats been added to the car. i think u are already at 425 hp or should be close. with that kind of work the stock intake has probly been ported and polished, if not that would be one thing. the computer also may have been tuned for the parts already but if not theres another. 1 3/4" long tube headers with y pipe would be another. shorties are a glorafied stock manifold. what size of injectors and thottle body. get all u can figured out with your new car then get ahold of elleotts head works and pcmforless and see what they can do for u.

thanx for input ,intake is stock i hear edelbrock makes a better flowing intake heads are a isue thinkin 205or207 intake dart pro heads and bigger cam not sure what grind

give elliotts a call before u order a edlbrock manifold. once i get my stock intake done there ill be selling my edelbrock air gap.
