94 project car
New on forum, got a 94 3.4 That had been sitting, trouble with fuel pressure.
No start
1. New injectors
2. Cleaned fuel lines and rail
3. New tank and pump
4. Double checked pump out of car
5. Only getting 8.3 volts at the rear connector where pump pigtail connects
6. Other updates new cam position and crank position sensors
7.new fuel filter
A real challenge for being new at this, believe the key is the 8.3 volts , stuck on path forward
Thanks for any help !!

This is the meet and greet section. Try posting in the 4th gen section. Also check out the Manual section for the GM manuals.
Low voltage should equal low pressure so that is a simple fuel pressure test. If you are 100% sure a wire should have 12v and it does not you can always run a jumper with 12v and see if that fixed the problems. What you don't want to do is put 12v into a computer trigger and fry your PCM.
