Hello I have a 2016 RS convertible. I am getting the message only manual operation of Top possible. So was able to get the top down, but since I did it manually it did not “latch” so it’s telling me my top is not secure. The dealer is telling me a week before they can look at it. I heard there is an access panel I can remove to that I can “latch” the roof down manually with an Allen key. Does anyone know how to access this?
