Default 1980 Camaro Z28 Clacking noise

Hi I just bought a 1980 Camaro Z28 and recently I was driving pretty normally down the road when this noise began to occur. It also seems like a cylinder misfire happened at the same time, but I still can’t figure out what this inconsistent clacking noise could be.

Not able to open the file but what you describe sounds like a collapsed lifter or a bad rocker arm or valve spring.
Time to pull the valve covers to take a look and don't drive it like that you'll risk destroying the engine over what could be a simple fix.

That could be a lot of things. Loose torque converter, cracked fly wheel, main bearing, Cranks shaft end play.

The cylinder misfire at the same time is what makes me think valvetrain.

Engine noise and then misfiring, you have a mechanical issue. Don't keep driving the car until you figure out what it is, or further damage may occur.
