Default Questions on a '89 ///Z/// 5.7

Hey all, first poster here. Got a few questions.

1. Anyone know of a good garage in the west burbs to trust to work on our cars? Not really interested in taking it to a Chevy dealer if I can find a specialty shop that works on Vette's and Camaros only.

2. Has anyone had any problems with their Transmission mounts rusting out? When I punch it, I can feel the axle shift. I need to get this fixed like NOW because I'm afraid the thing is just going to drop on me, am I right on this or just over worried? Either way it needs to be fixed.

3. My car has a little over 50k miles I want to say, no rust and the paint looks better than most brand new cars in a showroom. What is it possibly worth? No plans on selling it, just trying to get an idea.

4. My car has the original trans fluid in it from 11/88 when it was built. Do you think I should drain and fill? I use Amsoil in my daily Civic Si and love it over the manufacturer oil.

Thanks in advance. Wonder how IF the new Z is going to be if they build it. Anyone find any info on it online?
