Ok so i took my car to get emissions and when the put it on the rollers they hit the brakes and it stops but then they begin to spin again..... so they wouldn't do it..... when i got home i lifted the car up in a jack and put it in gear a slammed the brakes and the back wheels came to a stop.... but then they began to spin... slowly but still they were spinning this was with the brake pedal to the floor and no decrease in pressure to it...... so far a replaced the pads, master cylinder and bled all four wheels and master brake cylinder and even the abs pump... its still does the same thing... can anyone help? the car does have he abs inoperative light on.... i checked and replaced fuses and relays... can this be the problem and how can i fix it.... any help is appreciated thanks.

 

i dont play with abs, there is a special machine for diognosing it. take it in to a shop that can do it.
