Default Worth it? 95 Z28

A previous co-worker of mine has a 1995 Camaro Z28, 150,000 miles,6-spd, LT1, T-Tops, SLP LoudMouth Exhaust, and he is looking for a new car and told me he would sell me this car for $4000, or $5000 with the nice black chrome rims he has on it
The interior is real clean, has an aftermarket Pioneer CD Player.

With Stock Wheels

With Rims and newer tires

Go for it with the wheels too, they look great

Offer him $4500 with the wheels (it's probably actually work $4700 but you have to go low first...bartering, who doesn't love it?!).

I will warn you, that isn't actually a 30th Anniversary "Special Edition" Z28 ($4500 is still a good price...)

As far as '97s go, they are all considered "30th Anniversary" cars, there were limited numbers of the "30th Anniversary Special Edition" Z28 and SS's made (100 of the SS cars came with an LT4). You can tell the Special Editions because they are Arctic White with Hugger Orange racing stripes, they came with a white 30th interior and white ZR1 wheels. That car has an aftermarket SS hood on it and does not have the correct wheels to be a Special Edition car.
