To be honest i have never been a 383 fan. But when I built one for my S10, i started liking them. Then when i got this Z, i fell in love with them. My cuzin Z with a couple of bolt ons cant even come close to my Z. 383 built right is a nasty lil engine.

my 383 on na pushed about 600hp on the crank with pump gas. its well worth the money if you do it right. but you need some heads to go with the 383. a 383 with stock head isnt going to do much in my op. but you get what you pay for. i dont like scat or eagle.

but what is ur hp goal.

but some bad *** heads and intake would do a number. btw i dint see any fuel parts or program. bolts, studs, in the prices. trust me every lil thing adds up quick i have 21k into my na engine. but if you only want 500hp go with a FI on a stock engine or heads and cam
