I have a 93 z28. I put my lights on high and I cant get it to switch back to low beams. Also my wipers wont return to their off position. They work fine other than that. Could my lever on the steering column be the problem with both of these? Has this happened to anyone else?

 

I would suspect the lever is the issue. You can get those fairly cheap either from gmpartsdirect.com or ebay and they are not very hard to replace.
