i have a 97 z28 and the wiper blades are driving me nuts! they stopped working a few years ago and the shop fixed them for me. Now for the past year or so when it's cold out, or if I have to use the blades on a faster speed when it's raining, they dont turn off for days. They'll stay in the off position but they'll "jump" and make rattling noises and then they'll stay on for 5-10 minutes of driving time and they'll turn off all by themselfs. I'm too scared to take it to a shop cause I know wherever I go theyre going to over charge me like they did last time I had to fix the wiper blades. I dont know if this is something simple i can fix myself, but any advise would be great!
