What year?
Not much difference mechanically except for some changes to handle additional sensors used in later models. 93 models and early 94 are OBD1, late 94 and 95 are OBD1with OBD2 ALDL connectors (sometimes referred to as OBD1.5), 96 and later are standard OBD2. 93's use an ECM controller which only handles engine management. Later year models use a PCM which handles both engine management and transmission control.
the farther back you go the older they are, the more miles, the more wear. 97 being the youngest would be the first to look at. the dash and center console are different on the 97, i like that. i do like my 93 though. lol
