what rims would you guys go with, im not sure what would look good with my car i was thinking black because you cant tell when they get brake dust all over them but i also like chrome but like i said they get nasty all the time. i got the org. rims that came on the car (30th annv. rims) im just not a big fan of the white. let me know what you guys think. Nice looking car you have there! If you're looking for an aftermarket wheel I always prefer chrome to black. I personally don't like the look of black wheels, but appearance is all personal preference. I would say that if you purchase new wheels keep the originals, those 30th Anniversary Special Edition paint scheme cars are on the rare side.

 

definitely don't sell the originals to help pay for the new ones! you're going to want those later on down the road.

but wheel choice is all in the eye of the beholder...on SOME cars, i like black wheels but usually am way more of a fan of chrome...maybe that's the old school in me

 

I have the same car as you except I have a soft top. I am in the process of getting my rims powder coated chevy orange to match the strips.

 

I think you car look good with the stock wheel. But if you have to get wheels I would go with some new zo6 wheels. Maybe even powdercoted white. I think the white wheel look sick on your car.

 

I really want to see the orange wheels on that car, post pics man! I think that would look sweet.

 

I think the orange 1s would be a good idea, but now that I have been looking a little more I do like the torq thrust m most likely chrome or maybe orange what you guys think about those. I’m thinking a 17/8.5?

 

I personally think that orange wheels would be disgusting and ricer-like. As I said before, external appearance is defendant only on what you like.
