hey all

i was changing my oil today and saw this wire hanging down its the kind thats metal braided... one end hooks up to a bolt and some other wires are hooked to the same bolt and the other end idk looks like it broke off of something important see pictures below please and thanks for the help ...this is on a 94 z28 lt1 camaro that just had plugs and wires replaced... ps didnt see it before the wires and plugs were replaced......then i go to change oil and there it was looking at me dead in the eye lol....thanks again need more pictures let me know

 

must be a ground wire for something. is that a plugin on the end?

 

just looked on mine. it goes to the engine block.

 

hey thanks for the fast reply...um not to be a bother but is there a way you can take a picture of anykind so i can see where it came off lol thanks again man...well it was a plugin like the kind that goes over a bolt but looks like it broke off at the wire part

 

can anyone give a picture to where this wire goes to on the block or kinda tell me what it is closest to so i might be able to find the bolt it came off of thanks

dang camara wont work. its on the drivers side on the block just under the front spark plug. there should be some wires hooked to it.

well i looked at where you said front plug below it on driver side but i cant seem to find where it goes i took some pictures of i think where u said let me know if you see it lol in my pics

 

looks like u have a leaky intake gasket. i jacked the car up and looked closer and its on the front just under the coil. i think i can see it just barely in the last pic. sorry i thought it was on the side when i looked form the top last time.
